RefectoCil Oxidant 3% is used as a base for the desired colour. RefectoCil Oxidant and colour are purchased separately. You can choose between water-based (liquid) or cream-based (cream) RefectoCil Oxidant.

Application:
  1. Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% with approximately 2 cm of colour.
  2. Stir until you have a consistency that is creamy.
  3. Apply the product to your brows.
  4. Leave on for about 5-10 minutes depending on how strong a colour you want
  5. Rinse with water and remove any excess colour
